As part of its ongoing commitment to the education of new generations, Demont has launched an intensive programme of collaboration with the main schools in the area. Through internships, PCTO, company visits, educational collaborations and speeches in school events, the company aims to give students and their families a direct experience of their own reality.
This year, in line with the PDR125:2022 certification, the company is focusing on gender equality, with the aim of promoting equal opportunities for all graduates, with a special focus on young aspiring female professionals. This was one of the main themes of Demont’s speech at the second event of “Scuola Aperta“, held last Friday 22nd November at the Istituto di Istruzione Superiore “Federico Patetta”.
In this way, Demont encourages young women to pursue technical careers and contributes to a more inclusive and diverse future for the industry.
